It is applicable to the separating of suspension liquid containing the solid-phase material with the granule size greater than 0.1mm and concentration being 25-75% or the separating of short fibers. It has found wide applications in such industries as chemical, salt making, alkali making, environmental protection, etc.
Structure and principle
The Gk horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is a fully automatic controlled horizontal intermittent operation filter centrifuge. This machine has manual and automatic operation modes, and the time of each filtration process can be freely changed to meet the process requirements of different materials, achieving a lower moisture content of the filter residue. After the motor drives the drum of this machine to reach full speed or the set feeding speed, the feeding valve opens, and the feed liquid enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding pipe. The solid phase is intercepted by the filter cloth and other materials in the drum, while the liquid phase is centrifugal thrown out through the filter cloth and small holes on the drum wall, and flows out of the machine through the outlet pipe below the casing. After the feed meets the requirements, washing, dehydration and other process requirements are carried out, and then the scraper rotates to discharge the filter cake from the dischargehopper.
Scope of application
The Gk series horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge is mainly used for the separation of medium and fine particle suspensions in industries such as chemical, food, light industry, and pharmaceuticals. Such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium chloride, polyvinyl chloride, etc.
